Terms and Conditions FitFlexify

Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Cooling-off period: the period of 14 days within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or professional activity.
- FitFlexify: the company offering products to consumers at a distance.

Article 3 - Pricing and Payment
All prices mentioned in the webshop include VAT and exclude any shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop. FitFlexify is entitled to change prices at any time, provided that the price of an already placed order will not be adjusted.
Article 4 - Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. The costs for the return shipment are at the consumer's expense. FitFlexify will refund the full order amount (including standard initial shipping costs) within 14 days after the return notification, provided the product has been received in good condition.
Article 5 - Delivery and Execution
FitFlexify strives for fast delivery. The maximum delivery period is 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed or can only be partially executed, the consumer will receive notice of this no later than 30 days after the order was placed.
Article 6 - Warranty and Conformity
FitFlexify guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the statutory warranty. This means that the product must meet what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. In the event of a defective or faulty product, the consumer must report this via info@fitflexify.nl within a reasonable time after discovery.
Article 7 - Complaints Procedure and Disputes
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to info@fitflexify.nl with a full and clear description. We will respond within 14 days of receipt. Agreements between FitFlexify and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Consumers can also submit complaints via the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu).
