Shipping Policy FitFlexify

Last updated: February 16, 2026

At FitFlexify, we strive for sustainable and efficient delivery. To keep our prices competitive and minimize unnecessary transport movements, our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to you.

1. Delivery Time

Because we ship products directly from our suppliers, the delivery time may be slightly longer than you are accustomed to. On average, the delivery time for both the Netherlands and Belgium is:

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days (order verification and preparation).
  • Shipping time: 7-15 business days (average 2 to 3 weeks).

In exceptional cases (such as customs delays, logistical issues, or holidays), delivery may take up to 21 business days. We guarantee delivery within the statutory period of 30 days.

2. Shipping Costs

We apply the following shipping rates:

  • The Netherlands: €6.95 (Free shipping on orders over €50)
  • Belgium: €9.95 (Free shipping on orders over €75)

3. Track & Trace

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. Please note that for international shipments, it may take 3 to 5 days before the first tracking information becomes visible in the system.

4. Customs and Import Duties

For shipments from outside the EU, customs may inspect the package. Although we use the IOSS scheme (where VAT is often paid at the time of purchase), any additional import duties or customs clearance fees remain formally the responsibility of the customer. For orders under €150, these additional costs rarely occur in practice.

5. Questions about your shipment?

If you have not received your order after 21 business days, please contact us at info@fitflexify.nl. Always include your order number so we can investigate the status of your package immediately.

6. Unclaimed or Refused Shipments

If a package is delivered to a pick-up point and not collected in time, or if a shipment is refused at the door, the costs for the return shipment to the international supplier will be at the customer's expense.
