Refund and Return Policy FitFlexify

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at FitFlexify. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return your order under the following conditions.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to FitFlexify with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must meet the following requirements:
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- The product includes the original packaging and labels.
- Hygiene items: Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as certain sports accessories or clothing where the seal has been broken) can only be returned if the seal is still intact.
3. Return Procedure
Would you like to return an item? Please follow these steps:
- Register your return by sending an email to info@fitflexify.nl stating your order number. You can also use the statutory model withdrawal form for this purpose.
- Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.
- Send the package to our return address (see section 7).
Note: The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered by us.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will refund the full order amount (including the initial shipping costs in the event of a full return) within 14 days of your return notification via the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
5. Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the current item following the procedure above and immediately place a new order in the webshop.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
Did a product arrive damaged or did you receive something you didn't order? Please contact us immediately at info@fitflexify.nl. We will resolve this for you free of charge as quickly as possible.
