You may cancel your subscription or program at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription or program term.

If Fitflexify reschedules or modifies a program, we will notify you in advance. You may choose to:

  • Reschedule to a new date or time.
  • Continue with the updated program.
    No refunds will be provided for such rescheduling.

3.2. Rescheduling Requests by Users
